2 kuning telur
15g mentega
1/4 sdt pasta vanilla
variasi (tambahkan saat cream masih panas)
cokelat : 1/4 resep + 20 coklat masak
matcha : 1/4 resep + 1/3 sdt bubuk green tea
blueberry : 1/4 resep + 2 sdt (10g) selai blueberry

Ingredients :
50g (1/4cup) sugar
15g (2tbsp) corn flour
180ml (3/4cup) milk
2 eggyolks
15g (1tbsp) butter
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
Variation (add it while the cream is still hot)
chocolate : 1/4 recipe + 20 0.7oz semi-sweet chocolate
matcha : 1/4 recipe + 1/3 tsp green tea powder
blueberry : 1/4 resep + 2 tsp (10g) blueberry jam
