Sebenernya udah lama pengen bikin ini tapi lupa melulu heuhue.. Karena biasanya tinggal nitip aja kalo ada yang ke Bali. Ato di Bandung pun juga ada beberapa restoran Bali yang jual makanan ini. Tapiiii, karena kemarin ada sisa heavy cream 200 ml dan bingung mau dibikin apa, akhirnya bikin pie susu ini. Resepnya saya pakai yang NCC karena pas bisa pakai heavy cream 200ml :D. Kulitnya ini renyah dan isiannya juga creamy dan milky banget. Enak banget deh dan bikin nagih :a
RESEP PIE SUSU

Bahan-bahan :
Kulit Pastry
150g mentega
1 1/2 (23g) kuning telur
250g tepung protein sedang
1 sdm gula bubuk
Isian
1/2 kaleng susu kental manis
200ml heavy cream
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt pasta vanilla
4 kuning telur

Actually, I want to make this food since a long time but I always forgot heuhue... Cause usually I just ask someone to buy it for me when they went to Bali. Or there're also some Balinese restaurants in Bandung that sell this food. But, yesterday I found that there was a leftovers heavy cream and I was confused what to make with this cream.. so finally, I made this egg tart. The recipe is from the NCC cause it use a 200ml of heavy cream. The crust is crispy and the filling is very creamy and milky. It's really delicious and makes me addicted.

Ingredients :
Pastry Crust
150g (2/3cup) butter
1 1/2 (23g) eggyolk
250g (2cups) all purpose flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Filling
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
200ml (3/4cup + 1tbsp) heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
4 eggyolk
