AYAM GORENG AIR KELAPA // COCONUT WATER FRIED CHICKEN

Ayam ungkep yang digoreng ini emang favorit saya banget. Karena masaknya gampang, tinggal halusin bumbu halus, cemplung2, goreng deh. Makan pakai nasi anget dan sambal favorit kamu, nyaaaam.. Nah, salah satu variasi ayam ungkep ini adalah ayam goreng air kelapa. Pemakaian air kelapa di resep ini membuat rasa ayam lebih gurih dan manis. Jadi buat yang suka rasa manis, boleh nih dicoba :)

RESEP AYAM GORENG KELAPA
Untuk : 1 ekor ayam

Bahan-bahan :
1 ekor ayam (1kg)
2 sdm air asam
1 sdt garam
2 lembar daun salam
2 batang serai, memarkan
500ml air kelapa

Bumbu halus
4 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
4 butir kemiri, sangrai
1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
4 cm kunyit, bakar
1 sdt garam

Fried chicken is really my favorite. Because it's easy to make, you just have to grind the spices, put in one pan, and then fry it. Eat it with warm rice and your favorite chili paste, yuuuum .. One of the variations of this chicken is the coconut water fried chicken. The use of coconut water in this recipe makes the chicken taste more savory and sweet. So for those who like a sweet flavor in the dish, maybe you should try it :)

COCONUT WATER FRIED CHICKEN
Makes about : 1 whole chicken

Ingredients :
1 whole chicken (2lb)
2 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tsp salt
2 bay leaf
2 stick of lemongrass, crushed
500ml (2cups) coconut water

Grinded spices
4 pieces shallots
6 clove garlics
4 pieces candlenut, toasted
1 tsp corriander, toasted
1.5inch turmeric, grill
1 tsp salt
