jadiii, makanan satu ini udah sering banget saya liat berseliweran di instagram dan youtube. Kabitaaa rasanya pengen bikin tapi klo beli cream cheese 1 kg sayang juga sisanya buat apa :D akhirnya karna kemarin bikin red velvet cake, cinnamon rolls, akhirnya sekalian deh. Resep yang saya pake ini adalah resep paling populer dan paling atas klo kita search di Youtube, yaitu punyanya Michael Lim. Saya ikutin semuanya plek2an dan hasilnya adalah cake yang lembut, beraroma keju dan butter, rasanya enak tp memang agak eggy karna nggak ada penambahan vanilla atopun lemon. Mungkin biar lebih enak, bisa juga dimakannya bareng saus strawberry. jadi manis manis segeeer gitu :)
RESEP JAPANESE CHEESECAKE
Untuk : 1 Loyang 18cm
Bahan-bahan :
50g tepung serbaguna
15g tepung maizena
140g cream cheese
60ml susu
40g mentega
5 telur, pisah
100g gula halus (saya : gula pasir diblender)

So, I've seen this cake sooo many times on Instagram and YouTube. I was very tempting to make it but if I bought cream cheese for 1 kg, I will confuse, what else would I make with that cream cheese :D But finally, cause yesterday I made a red velvet cake, a cinnamon rolls, sooo it's time to make this cheesecake. The recipe that I use here is the most popular and top recipe if we search on YouTube. This the recipe from Michael Lim. I followed everything exactly and the result was a soft cake, flavored with cheese and butter, it's delicious but it was a little bit eggy because there was no addition of vanilla or lemon. Maybe it would be better if I add a strawberry sauce on top of it. So there will a be a sweetness and sourness combination :)
JAPANESE CHEESECAKE RECIPE
Makes about : 1 7inch pan
Ingredients :
50g (6tbsp) all purpose flour
15g (2tbsp) corn flour
140g (5oz) cream cheese
60ml (1/4cup) milk
40g (2 3/4tbsp) butter
5 eggs, separate it
100g (1/2cup) fine sugar (me : grinded granulated sugar)
