Cake ini dibuat dalam rangka ngabisin ladyfinger yang dibuat kebanyakan waktu bikin tiramisu :D Resepnya ini diambil dari Channel Home Cooking Adventure. Dan ternyata enak banget perpaduan strawberry, white chocolate dan mascarpone hmmm.. Creamy dreamy yummy :)

RESEP CHARLOTTE CAKE (STRAWBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE)
Untuk : 1 loyang 20 cm

Bahan-bahan :
SPONGE CAKE
1 1/2 (75g) telur 
25g gula
18g tepung terigu protein sedang
3g tepung maizena
3g susu bubuk
1/4 sdt cake emulsifier
30g mentega cair
1/4 sdt pasta vanilla

STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
300g strawberry
70g gula
2 sdm air lemon (saya pakai air jeruk)
200ml krim kental
225g mascarpone cream
1 1/2 sdm gula bubuk
2 1/2 lembar gelatin

WHITE CHOCO MOUSSE
75g white chocolate compound
40ml krim kental
1/2 lembar gelatin
115g mascarpone cream
100ml krim kental
1/2 sdm gula bubuk

FROSTING
150ml krim kental + 30g gula
150ml mascarpone cream

This cake was made because I want to use the ladyfinger that I made too much when I'm making tiramisu :D This recipe was taken from the Home Cooking Adventure Channel. And it turned out really delicious, a combination of strawberry, white chocolate and mascarpone hmmm ... Creamy dreamy yummy :)

CHARLOTTE CAKE (STRAWBERRY AND WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE) RECIPE
Makes about : 1 8inch pan

Ingredients :
SPONGE CAKE
1 1/2 (75g) eggs
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
18g (2 1/4 tbsp) all purpose flour
3g (1/2 tbsp) corn flour
3g (1/2 tbsp) milk powder
1/4 tsp cake emulsifier 
30g (2 tbsp) melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla paste

STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
300g (10.58oz) strawberry
70g (5 3/4tbsp) sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice (I use orange juice)
200ml (3/4cup + 1 tbsp) heavy cream
225g (1 cup) mascarpone cream
1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 1/2 sheet of gelatin

WHITE CHOCO MOUSSE
75g (2.65oz) white chocolate compound
40ml (3tbsp) heavy cream
1/2 sheet of gelatin
115g (1/2 cup) mascarpone cream
100ml (7tbsp) heavy cream
1/2 tbsp powdered sugar

FROSTING
150ml (1/2cup + 2tbsp) heavy cream + 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
150ml (1/2cup + 2tbsp) mascarpone cream
