Naaah.. kali ini. saya coba tambah tema baru di channel saya, yaitu #COPYCAT. Apa itu? saya coba bikin jajanan-jajanan favorit saya, yah versi KW nya lah. Mirip banget mungkin engga tapi terinspirasi dari situ. Kali ini saya coba bikin banana roll cake ala Kartika Sari ato Maya Sari. Berbekal dari cuplikan pembuatan banana roll di Acara Laptop si Unyil dan resep banana roll yang beredar di internet, akhirnya jadilah banana roll ini. Rasanya? lumayan mirip. Bedanya yah, kalo yang asli bisa jadi 6 buah dalam 1 pack, saya cuma 5 :D Yuk ah cobain..
RESEP BANANA ROLL CAKE
Untuk : 15 buah (loyang ukuran 30x40cm)
Bahan-bahan :
Bolu Pandan
3 telur + 1 kuning telur
50g gula
1 sdt cake emulsifier
40g tepung protein sedang
5g (2sdt) tepung maizena
5g (2sdt) susu bubuk
55g mentega, lelehkan
1/2 sdt pasta pandan
1/4 sdt pasta vanilla
Buttercream
50g mentega
20g mentega putih
40ml susu kental manis, dingin
9-12 pisang raja
15g keju cheddar parut
15g coklat meses
100g dark cooking compound chocolate, cincang, lelehkan

This tiiime, I want to add a new theme on my channel. The #COPYCAT. What is that? I will try to make my favorite restaurant-bought dishes, but the KW version. It will not 100% similar but it will inspired by that. This time I will try to make a banana roll cake from Kartika Sari or Maya Sari (a famous bakery in Bandung, Indonesia). I got this recipe from internet and 'Laptop di Unyil' TV show. How about the taste? It's quite similar. The difference is, the original one can makes about 6 pieces per box, while I just got 5 :D Come on try it..
BANANA ROLL CAKE RECIPE
Makes about : 15 pieces (30x40cm pan)
Ingredients :
Pandan Sponge Cake
3 eggs + 1 eggyolk
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 tsp cake emulsifier
40g (1/3cup) all-purpose flour
5g (2tsp) cornflour
5g (2sdt) milk powder
55g (1/4cup) butter, melted
1/2 tsp pandan paste
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
Buttercream
50g (1/4cup) butter
20g (1 1/2tbsp) shortening
40ml (3tbsp) cold sweetened condensed milk
9-12 bananas (the small size)
15g (0.5oz) grated cheddar cheese
15g (0.5oz) chocolate sprinkle
100g (3.5oz) dark cooking compound chocolate, chop it, melt it
