3 MASAKAN SEHARI-HARI (JAMUR SAUS TIRAM, TELUR DADAR GULUNG, TERONG BALADO)

Helooo, kali ini saya bikin masakan sehari-hari lagi, yaitu jamur saus tiram, telur dadar gulung dan terong balado. Okeee, selamat mencobaa :)
Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)
Jamur Saus Tiram
200g jamur (bisa jamur jenis apa aja)
1/4 bawang bombay ukuran sedang
1 siung bawang putih
1 bawang daun
1 sdm saus tiram
1/4 sdt kecap asin (atau bisa ganti garam)
1/4 sdt kaldu jamur
1/2 sdt minyak wijen
1/2 sdt gula (skip kalo ngga mau manis)
sejumput merica
2 sdm air (bisa ditambahkan kalau kurang)
Telur Dadar Gulung
3-4 telur
1/4 bawang bombay (atau ganti 2 bawang merah
1 siung bawang putih
1 cabe merah keriting
1/2 daun bawang
1/4 sdt garam
sejumput merica
1/4 sdt kaldu bubuk (ayam/jamur)
Terong Balado
2 terong
5 cabe merah keriting
5 cabe merah besar
4 bawang merah
1 bawang putih
1 tomat
1/4 sdt terasi bakar (atau 1/4 bungkus)
2 daun jeruk
1 serai
1/2 sdm gula
1 sdt garam
sejumput merica

Oyster Sauce Mushroom
200g mushroomm (you can use any mushroom)
1/4 medium size onion
1 clove garlic
1 green onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce (or you can use a salt)
1/4 tsp mushroom powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar (omit if you don't want it sweet)
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp water (can be added if not much enough)
Rolled Egg
3-4 eggs
1/4 onion (or replace it with 2 shallots)
1 clove garlic
1 curly red chili
1/2 green onion
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
1/4 tsp chicken/mushroom powder
Eggplants with Chilies
2 eggplants
5 curly red chili
5 red chili pepper
4 shallots
1 garlic
1 tomato
1/4 tsp roasted shrimp paste
2 kaffir lime leaves
1 lemongrass
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
