6:58 AMHelooo, kali ini saya bikin puding cake lagi. Sebenernya ini resepnya sama ama resep puding cake cendol sebelumnya (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FM-AfU3msEM) tapi cendolnya diganti sagu mutiara. Dan bentuknya saya bikin bulat aja biar kaya semangka :)
Kalo untuk rasanya sih mirip2 aja ama sebelumnya, ada perpaduan santan, vanilli dan pandan. Okeee, selamat mencobaa
RESEP PUDING CAKE SEMANGKA (PUDING SANTAN MUTIARA + BOLU KUKUS PANDAN)
Untuk : 1 puding cake ukuran 18cm
Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)
BOLU KUKUS PANDAN
2 telur
1 kuning telur
80g (6 1/2 sdm) gula
1/8 sdt garam
1/8 sdt vanili bubuk
1/2 sdt cake emulsifier
80g (10 sdm) tepung terigu protein sedang
2 sdt tepung maizena
1/8 sdt baking powder
45g (3 sdm) mentega, lelehkan
1/2 sdm susu kental manis
1/2 sdt pasta pandan
PUDING SAGU MUTIARA
50g sagu mutiara, rebus dengan 600ml air
800ml (3 1/3 cup) santan (saya : 265ml santan kemasan + 525ml air)
33g (4 1/2 sdm) tepung maizena
100g (1/2 cup) gula
1 bungkus agar-agar merah (7g)
1/2 sdt jelly bubuk (bisa diskip kalau mau pudingnya lebih lembut)
1/4 sdt vanili bubuk
sejumput garam

SAGO PEARL PANDAN PUDDING CAKE RECIPE
Makes about : 1 18cm pudding cake
Ingredients :
(*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon. The cup that I used is a 240ml cup. 1 cup=16 tbsp. 1 sdm=3 tsp)
PANDAN STEAMED CAKE
2 eggs
1 eggyolk
80g (6 1/2 tbsp) sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cake emulsifier
80g (10 tbsp) all purpose flour
2 tsp corn flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
45g (3 tbsp) butter, melted
1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp pandan paste
SAGO PEARL PUDDING
50g sago pearl, boil with 600ml water
800ml (3 1/3 cups) coconut milk (me : 265ml coconut cream + 525ml water)
33g (4 1/2 tbsp) corn flour
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 package red agar-agar (7g)
1/2 tsp jelly powder (you can skip it if you want a softer pudding)
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
pinch of salt
