Helooo, kali ini bikin pie dengan isian bolu keju coklat. Lapisan pienya ngasih tekstur renyah, bolunya lembut dan ada gurih dari kejunya. toppingnya bisa diganti macem-macem, bisa pakai kismis, irisan almond, choco chips dll. Cocok untuk snack box atau souvenir. Okeee selamat mencobaaa :)

PIE BOLU KEJU COKLAT
Untuk : 12 buah

Bahan-bahan :
KULIT PIE
200g tepung terigu protein sedang
100g mentega/margarin
sedikit garam
1 kuning telur
2 sdm air es

SPONGE CAKE
3 kuning telur
3 telur 
90g gula
1 sdt cake emulsifier
55g tepung terigu protein sedang
13g tepung maizena
75g mentega/margarin
1/2 sdt pasta vanilla

adonan cake hanya terpakai 2/3nya, jadi kalau mau pas bisa bikin :
2 kuning telur
2 telur
60g gula
2/3 sdt cake emulsifier
37g tepung terigu protein sedang
9g tepung maizena
50g mentega/margarin
1/4 sdt pasta vanilla

Makes about : 12 pieces

Ingredients :
PIE CRUST
200g all-purpose flour
100g butter/margarine
a little bit of salt
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp ice water

SPONGE CAKE
3 egg yolk
3 eggs
90g sugar
1 tsp cake emulsifier
55g all-purpose flour 
13g cornflour
75g butter/margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla paste

I only use 2/3 of the cake batter, so you can just make
2 egg yolk
2 eggs
60g sugar
2/3 tsp cake emulsifier
37g all-purpose flour 
9g cornflour
50g butter/margarine
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
