Kalo nonton acara2 makan di asia terutama 'Ching : Amazing Asia', makanan ini sering banget muncul dan bikin ngiler 😋 Bakpao lipet isi daging panggang dengan sayuran.. Akhirnya cobalah bikin, resep bakpaonya masih sama kaya sebelomnya cuma ini dilipet.. Isiannya ayam panggang dengan berbagai bumbu khas Asia.. ini bisa dimacem2in loooh.. Kalo buat 5 paha ayam itu sausnya sekitar 3 sdm.. mo pake saus bbq, blackpepper, asam manis, bebass.. Buat yang nggak mau dipanggang, mo dimasak di pan juga bisa.. Yuk ah 😎
RESEP BAKPAO LIPAT AYAM PANGGANG SAUS ASIA
Untuk : 10 buah
Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)
Adonan Bakpao (sama kaya bakpao yang pernah saya bikin sebelumnya https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_f13lxEDPI) :
185g (1 1/2 gelas) tepung terigu protein rendah
65g (1/2 gelas) tepung tang mien (kalo nggak ada bisa ganti tepung protein rendah)
3/4 sdt ragi instan
1/4 sdt baking powder
40g (1/3 gelas) gula halus
115ml (1/2 gelas) air es
25g (1 3/4 sdm) mentega putih
1/4 sdt garam
Isian :
5 potong ayam paha tanpa tulang
1/2 sdm saus teriyaki (atau saus lainnya)
1/2 sdm saus tiram
1/2 sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdt kecap asin
1 siung bawang putih parut
1/3 sdt chinese five spice (bumbu ngo hiong)
1/3 sdt cabe bubuk
untuk olesan ayam
2 sdt madu
1 sdt kecap manis (atau campur sama kecap asin juga bisa)
pelengkap
ketimun, iris tipis
bawang daun, iris
biji wijen putih

Ingredients :
(*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon. The cup that I used is a 240ml cup. 1 cup=16 tbsp. 1 sdm=3 tsp)
Steamed buns dough (this is the same like the bakpao that I made before https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_f13lxEDPI) :
185g (1 1/2 cups) cake flour
65g (1/2 cup) tang mien flour (wheat starch) (if you don't have it, you can substituted it with cake flour)
3/4 tsp instant yeast
1/4 tsp baking powder
40g (1/3 cup) superfine sugar
115ml (1/2 cup) ice water
25g (1 3/4 tbsp) shortening
1/4 tsp salt
Isian :
5 pieces boneless chicken thigh
1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce (or other sauces)
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
1/3 sdt chinese five spice
1/3 tsp chili powder
for the glaze
2 tsp honey
1 tsp sweet soy sauce (or you can mix it with soy sauce)
cucumber, thinly sliced
spring onion. thinly sliced
sesame seeds
