BIKIN DESSERT CUP & CAKE BALLS DARI CAKE KERING (OVERBAKED)/RETAK/SISA REMAH CAKE



jadi ini judulnya 'dibuang sayang' 😅 niat pgn bikin chocolate cake 3 layers tapi waktu manggang, saya tinggal bentar trus pas diliat suhunya udah ketinggian ampe 200c, hasilnyaa pinggiran dan atas bawahnya itu udh kering banget 😑😑 mo dijadiin cake juga jadinya gak akan bagus karna tingginya udh gak sama, mo dibuang juga sayang karna bahan2 yg dipake juga lumayan harganya (apalagi butternya 😆).. pdhl dalemnya sih masih enak.. yaudah dijadiin dessert cup aja.. dipotong2 kecil di bagian yg masih enak, sisanya diancurin aja bikin jadi crumbs untuk dibikin cake balls (ato cake pop juga bisa).. biar tetep moist bisa ditambahin susu coklat dan atasnya pake whipped cream coklat dan saus coklat.. jadilah kaya begini.. selamat mencobaa



CHOCOLATE DESSERTS (DESSERT CUPS AND CAKE BALLS)

Untuk : 9 dessert cups & 20 buah cake balls



Bahan-bahan :

(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup/gelas yang saya pakai adalah gelas 240 ml)



CHOCOLATE CAKE (sumber : milkbarstore.com)

115g (1/2 cup) mentega, suhu ruang

250g (1 1/4 cup) gula halus (saya : gula diblender)

3 telur

120ml (1/2 cup) buttermilk (saya : 120ml susu + 1/2 sdm air lemon)

105ml (7 sdm) minyak goreng

1/2 sdt pasta vanilla

155g (1 cup + 3 sdm) tepung terigu protein rendah

70g (10 sdm) coklat bubuk

1 1/2 sdt baking powder

1/2 sdt garam



DESSERT CUPS



MILK SOAK

75ml (5 sdm) susu

1 sdt coklat bubuk



CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM

80g whipped cream bubuk

160ml (10 sdm) air es

80g dark cooking chocolate compound, lelehkan



SAUS COKLAT

180ml (3/4 cup) susu

1 1/2 sdm coklat bubuk

3/4 sdm tepung maizena

38g dark cooking chocolate compound, cincang kasar

1 sdm (15g) mentega

sedikit pasta vanilla



CAKE BALLS

- perekat dengan perbandingan kira-kira cake : perekatnya = 4 : 1, bisa pakai selai, susu kental manis, selai kacang, buttercream, cream cheese

- coklat leleh untuk melapisi cakenya

Ingredients :

CHOCOLATE CAKE (source : milkbarstore.com)

115g (1/2 cup) butter, room temperature

250g (1 1/4 cups) superfine sugar

3 eggs

120ml (1/2 cup) buttermilk (me : 120ml milk + 1/2 lemon juice)

105ml (7 tbsp) cooking oil

1/2 tsp vanilla paste

155g (1 cup + 3 tbsp) cake flour

70g (10 tbsp) cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt



DESSERT CUPS



MILK SOAK

75ml (5 tbsp) milk

1 tsp cocoa powder



CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM

80g whipped cream powder

160ml (10 tbsp) ice water

80g dark cooking chocolate compound, melt it



CHOCOLATE SAUCE

180ml (3/4 cup) milk

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

3/4 tbsp cornflour

38g dark cooking chocolate compound, roughly chopped

1 tbsp (15g) butter

a little bit of vanilla paste



CAKE BALLS

- something that can sticks the cake crumbs with the ratio =  cake : 'glue' = about 4 : 1, you can use a jam, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, buttercream, cream cheese

- melted chocolate to coat the cake
