BOLU COKLAT LOYANG TULBAN // CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE + CHOCOLATE GANACHE
helooo, kali ini saya upload video lama yaitu chocolate bundt cake. resep cake coklatnya dioprek2 dari resep marmer cake yang pernah dibikin sebelumnya, jadilah cake ini. saya pisah putih telurnya supaya ada pengembang lain selain baking powder, jadi baking powdernya ngga perlu terlalu banyak seperti butter cake biasa. tapi kalo mo digabung ngocoknya juga gpp, dimasukkan aja semuanya secara bertahap setelah butter dan gulanya dikocok. tekstur cakenya padat tapi empuk, moist juga (tapi nggak terlalu moist kaya chocolate cake yang pernah saya bikin), ini mirip2 brownies kukus sih jadinya :D. okee, selamat mencobaa :)
RESEP CHOCOLATE CAKE TULBAN
untuk 1 loyang tulban 22 cm
Bahan-bahan :
Cake
115g (1/2 cup) mentega, suhu ruang
150g (3/4 cup) gula halus
4 kuning telur
3 sdm (45ml) minyak
50ml (3 sdm + 1 sdt) susu
125g (1 cup) tepung terigu protein rendah
50g (7 sdm) coklat bubuk
3/4 sdt baking powder
1/8 sdt garam (dicampur dengan bahan kering, maap kelewat di video)
3 putih telur
40g (3 1/4 sdm) gula (bisa kurangi jadi 25g kalau nggak mau terlalu manis)
Chocolate Ganache
100g dark cooking chocolate compound
50ml (3 sdm + 1 sdt) susu
25g (1 3/4 sdm) mentega

CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE RECIPE
Makes about : 1 22cm bundt pan
Ingredients :
(*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon. The cup that I used is a 240ml cup)
Cake
115g (1/2 cup) butter, room temperature
150g (3/4 cup) superfine sugar
4 eggyolk
3 tbsp (45ml) oil
50ml (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) milk
125g (1 cup) cake flour
50g (7 tbsp) cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt (mix with dry ingredients, sorry I forgot to add on a video)
3 egg white
40g (3 1/3 tbsp) sugar (you can reduce it to 25g if you don't want it to be too sweet)
Chocolate Ganache
100g dark cooking chocolate compound
50ml (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) milk
25g (1 3/4 tbsp) butter
