Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri semuaa.. momen lebaran kaya gini waktunya ngumpul2 sama keluarga.. Enaknya bikin yang manis2 dan segerrr.. yuk yang suka cake, puding dan jajanan pasar bisa dicoba makanan 1 ini 😋
PUDING CAKE CENDOL
Untuk : 2 loyang semangka panjang 22-24cm / 2 loyang ukuran 24x12cm
Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup/gelas yang saya pakai adalah gelas 240 ml)
BOLU KUKUS PANDAN (Saya pakai resep bolu kukus yang pernah saya bikin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exlpYumPwf0 tapi karena cakenya mau tipis saja jadi dibuatnya cuma 1/2 resep)
1 telur
1/2 kuning telur
40g (3 1/4 sdm) gula
sejumput garam
1/4 sdt cake emulsifier
40g (5 sdm) tepung terigu protein sedang
1 sdt tepung maizena
1/16 sdt baking powder
23g (1 1/2 sdm) mentega, lelehkan
1/4 sdm susu kental manis
1/4 sdt pasta pandan
PUDING CENDOL
400ml (1 2/3 gelas) air
200ml (3/4 gelas + 1 sdm) santan kental kemasan
25g (3 1/3 sdm) tepung maizena
80g (6 1/2 sdm) gula
2 sdt bubuk agar-agar
1/2 sdt bubuk jelly (nutrijell)
1/8 sdt vanili bubuk
150g cendol
PUDING GULA MERAH
200ml (3/4 gelas + 1 sdm) air
100ml (7 sdm) santan kental kemasan
40g gula merah, iris
1 daun pandan
sejumput garam
1 1/8 sdt bubuk agar-agar

1/2 eggyolk
40g (3 1/3 tbsp) sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cake emulsifier
40g (5 tbsp) all purpose flour
1 tsp cornflour
1/16 tsp baking powder
23g (1 1/2 tbsp) butter, melted
1/4 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp pandan paste
CENDOL (PANDAN RICE JELLY) PUDDING
400ml (1 2/3 cups) water
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) coconut cream
25g (3 1/3 tbsp) cornflour
80g (6 1/2 tbsp) sugar
2 tsp agar-agar powder
1/2 tsp jelly powder
1/8 tsp powdered vanilla
150g pandan rice jelly
PALM SUGAR PUDDING
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) water
100ml (7tbsp) coconut cream
40g palm sugar, sliced
1 pandan leaf
pinch of salt
1 1/8 tsp powdered agar-agar
