Helooo, kali ini saya bikin masakan sehari-hari lagi. dan ini adalah 3 resep yang di dalamnya pake buncis, si sayuran gurih yang renyah. saya bikin jadi tumis buncis, sop buncis dan tempura sayuran. Jadi ada yang ditumis, direbus dan digoreng :) Okeee, selamat mencoba

3 RESEP BUNCIS (TUMIS BUNCIS, SOP AYAM SAYUR, DAN TEMPURA SAYURAN)

Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)

TUMIS BUNCIS

200g buncis, cuci dan siangi
2 siung bawang putih, iris
1 bawang merah, iris
3 cabe merah keriting, iris
1 sdm saus tiram
1/4 sdt kecap asin (atau bisa ganti garam)
1/2 sdt minyak wijen
1/2 sdt gula (skip kalo ngga mau manis)
1/8 sdt merica
1/4 sdt kaldu jamur (optional)
2 sdm air (bisa ditambahkan kalau kurang)


SOP AYAM SAYUR

1 liter kaldu ayam (saya : 1 liter air + 1 sdt kaldu bubuk)
1 dada ayam fillet, potong
1 sdt salt
1/2 sdt merica
1 bawang daun, iris
1 seledri, cincang
3 bawang putih, parut/cincang
1 wortel, iris
10 buncis, potong
1 tomat, potong 


BUNCIS WORTEL GORENG TEPUNG (TEMPURA SAYURAN)

100g buncis, cuci dan siangi
100g wortel, potong korek api
1/4 bawang bombay besar (50g)
3 sdm tepung bumbu (25g)
100g tepung bumbu
100ml air

3 GREEN BEANS RECIPE (GREEN BEANS STIR FRY, CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP AND VEGETABLE TEMPURA)

Ingredients :
(*I also wrote the gram-cup conversion with some notes : the spoon that I used is a measuring spoon. The cup that I used is a 240ml cup.  1 cup=16 tbsp. 1 sdm=3 tsp)

GREEN BEANS STIR-FRY

200g green beans, wash and remove the ends
2 clove garlic, slice
1 shallots, slice
3 curly red chili, slice
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce (or you can use a salt)
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar (omit if you don't want it sweet)
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp mushroom powder (optional)
2 tbsp water (can be added if not much enough)


CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP

1 liter chicken stock (me : 1 liter water + 1 tsp seasoning powder)
1 chicken breast fillet, cut it
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 spring onion, slice
1 parsley, chopped
3 garlic, grated/chopped
1 carrot, slice it
10 green beans, cut it
1 tomato, cut it


VEGETABLE TEMPURA

100g green beans, wash and remove the ends
100g carrot, julienne
1/4 large onion (50g)
3 tbsp seasoning flour (25g)
100g seasoning flour
100ml water
