10:45 AMHelooo, kali ini bikin cake mocha nougat lagi tapi dalam bentuk cupcake. Sebelumnya saya udah pernah bikin juga cake mocha nougat ini (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmhLy2mGWxY) tapi yang sebelumnya pake resep sponge cake. Kali ini pengen dibikin cupcake, kynya lebih cocok pake buttercake yang padat dan moist. Adonan cakenya saya cuma bikin dikit aja, jadinya cuma 6 biji :) Bisa dikalikan sesuai kebutuhan aja yaa.. RESEP CUPCAKE MOCHA NOUGAT

(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)

37g (2 1/2 sdm) mentega/margarin
83g (6 sdm + 2 sdt) gula pasir halus
22g (1 sdm + 2 1/2 sdt) minyak goreng
36g (2 1/2 sdm) buttermilk (saya : 36g susu + 1/2 sdt air lemon)
1 telur
1/8 sdt pasta mocha
82g (10 sdm) tepung terigu protein rendah
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt garam (pakai 1/8 aja kalau pakai salted butter/margarin)
BUTTERCREAM MOCHA (hanya terpakai 1/2nya)
40g (2 sdm + 2 sdt) susu kental manis
30g coklat masak putih, cincang
55g mentega putih
1/8 sdt pasta mocca
NOUGAT (hanya terpakai 1/4nya)
100g (8 sdm) gula
100g kacang tanah cincang panggang

37g (2 1/2 tbsp) butter/margarine
83g (6 tbsp + 2 tsp) fine sugar
22g (1 tbsp + 2 1/2 tsp) cooking oil
36g (2 1/2 tbsp) buttermilk (me : 36g milk + 1/2 tsp lemon juice)
1 egg
1/8 tsp mocha paste
82g (10 tbsp) cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (just use 1/8 tsp if you use a salted butter/margarine)
MOCHA BUTTERCREAM
40g (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) sweetened condensed milk
30g white cooking chocolate, chopped
55g shortening
1/8 tsp mocca paste
NOUGAT (for this 2 pan of bread, you can make just 1/4 of nougat recipe)
100g (8 tbsp) sugar
100g chopped peanut
