6:05 PMHelooo, kali ini bikin olahan mangga. pengen nyobain bikin mango curd, trus bingung dipake buat apa :D akhirnya bikin dessert aja pake toples. Dessert ini cocok buat yang suka dessert asem kecut manis. Buat yang ga pengen terlalu asem, lemon simple syrupnya bisa ganti simple syrup biasa. Cream cheese frostingnya jg bisa ganti whipped cream aja. Okeee, selamat mencobaa :)
RESEP MANGO CREAM CHEESE DESSERT JAR
Untuk : 4 toples
Bahan-bahan :
(*Saya juga tuliskan konversi gram-cup dengan catatan : sendok yang saya pakai adalah sendok takar. cup yang saya pakai adalah cup 240 ml. 1 cup=16 sdm. 1 sdm=3 sdt)

tapi bahannya saya x2 dan panggang di loyang 22x22cm (180c 30-35 menit)
8 telur
240g (1 1/4 cup) gula pasir butiran halus/gula kastor
210g (1 2/3 cups) tepung terigu protein rendah
30g (4 sdm) tepung maizena
60g (4 1/4 sdm) mentega/margarin
40g (2 sdm + 2 sdt) susu
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdt pasta vanilla
MANGO CURD
120g puree mangga
100g (1/2 cup) gula
1 sdm air lemon
1 telur
1 kuning telur
50g (3 1/2 sdm) mentega tawar
LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP
80ml air lemon (dari 2 lemon)
50g (1/4 cup) gula
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
75g cream cheese
30g (3 sdm + 2 sdt) gula halus
240g whipping cream (saya : 80g whipping cream bubuk + 160ml air es)

Ingredients :

240g (1 1/2 cups) fine sugar/castor sugar
210g (1 2/3 cups) cake flour
30g (4 tbsp) corn flour
60g (4 1/4 tbsp) butter/margarine
40g (2 tbsp + 2 tsp) milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla paste
MANGO CURD
120g mango puree
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
1 egg yolk
50g (3 1/2 tbsp) unsalted butter
LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP
80ml lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
75g cream cheese
30g (3 tbsp + 2 tsp) powdered sugar
240g whipping cream (me : 80g whipping cream powder + 160ml ice water)
