7:06 PMHelooo, kali ini bikin sponge cake potong rasa pandan. dan di atasnya saya pakein buttercream dan topping meses dan keju parut. Cakenya lembut beraroma pandan, santan dan vanilla. Pas dengan topping buttercream yang manis, coklat meses yang sedikit pahit dan kejunya yang gurih. Okeee, selamat mencobaaa :)
RESEP CAKE POTONG PANDAN PANGGANG
Untuk : 1 cake 20x20cm
Bahan-bahan :
SPONGE CAKE (sumber : Channel Michael Lim, modif dikit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3qNclBDhWs)
4 telur, dipisah
120g gula kastor
1 sdt air lemon
120g tepung terigu protein rendah
1/2 sdt garam
30g minyak sayur
40g larutan santan pandan (15g santan kemasan + 20g air + 5g endapan pandan + 6 tetes pewarna hijau muda)
1/4 sdt pasta vanilla/pandan
50g buttercream
50g coklat meses
50g keju parut
endapan pandan :
5 daun pandan + 25 daun suji + 200ml air, diblender, dimasukkan kulkas sampai terbentuk endapan

PANDAN SLICE CAKE RECIPE
Makes about : 1 20x20cm cake
Ingredients :
SPONGE CAKE (source : I modify a lil bit from Michael Lim Channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3qNclBDhWs)
4 eggs, separated
120g caster sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
120g cake flour
1/2 tsp salt
30g vegetable oil
40g pandan coconut milk mixture (15g coconut cream + 20g water + 5g pandan extract)
1/4 tsp vanilla paste / pandan paste
50g buttercream
50g chocolate sprinkles
50g grated cheese
pandan extract :
5 pandan leaf + 25 suji leaf + 200ml water, blend it, put it in a fridge until thick layer formed at the bottom
